📌 5 Things to avoid if you want to grow your business through LinkedIn
Apply these tips and get ahead of 99% of people out there.
This turned up in my feed a couple of days ago:
❌ 1 - Don’t use third party automation tools for LinkedIn.
Whoever tells you that you need lots of tools to handle LinkedIn is just trying to sell you something that benefits them.
Stay away from third party tools.
I see people daily who get banned (thrown out and have no access to their account) and like this example; gets the account restricted.
It’s not worth it.
Spend time on the platform.
Use your hands on your keyboard and comment manually.
Or purchase this service from someone who will do it for you.
Send connection requests manually.
LinkedIn is showing who’s the boss and what they want to see on their platform.
It’s really quite simple: understand where LinkedIn is at as a product and you will understand why the algo acts the way it does.
→ LinkedIn wants engaged members.
The more you engage, the better your content will perform
Just imagine if everyone used automation tools and bots - it would be a 100% useless platform.

🍳 2 - Don't sell in your content.
The more you sell in your content, the less you will sell.
Go all in on your 4-5 core topics.
Provide value.
Write as you speak.
Be your authentic self.
Build a proper funnel.
Learn how to monetize traffic.
🤖 3 - Don’t use AI to create comments for you.
People can smell it from a mile away.
Bring your authentic self.
Lean on your experience, knowledge, and your unique personality and tone of voice.
🤥 4 - Don’t expect high ticket offers to convert like crazy from posts only.
→ Build a proper funnel and value ladder.
You need to build a proper funnel and value ladder.
Learn how to engage people from a like and warm them up so more people convert into clients.
And have offers for different levels and budgets.
I wrote about this here.
🔥 5 - Don’t talk about yourself all the time.
Make your content about THEM, it's never about us.
This is one of the reasons people don't grow their business through LinkedIn; they talk about themselves all the time.
You need a good combo.
Every month I close $33-60k from LinkedIn.
I wrote a post the other day about this.
It went viral.
So I’m working on a guide to share more info on how I do this.
It will be free.
Until next time,
Hanna 👋
