4 years ago that was me. I left a steady income and everyone around me thought I had lost my mind.

I remember thinking how hard it was and how often I found myself thinking: "what the hell have I done".

I kept going because I felt I had no choice.

And then one day...I started gaining some momentum.

I got a little more traffic on my LinkedIn posts, more and more people started reaching out. I built the first Personal branding program over the weekend because I had sold it to a CEO who wanted my help to teach him how to build his personal brand on LinkedIn.

That program eventually became the done-for-you services we sell to founders, CEOs and executives all around the world.

I still teach people how to build their personal brand; beginners who are literally starting from scratch, and people who have built an audience and want to monetize and build systems.

But most of my time today is spent building personal brands and audiences for founders, CEOs and executives.

Most people are terrified of looking stupid. They don’t realise that looking stupid and not knowing what you’re doing is an important part and process.

That’s when you figure things out bit by bit……

Most people wait until their offer is perfect.

The website is perfect.

The profile is perfect.

The confidence is perfect.

The timing is perfect.

❌ But it doesn't work like that.

This is how people start to understand what you do, what you believe, and why they should trust you.

When people start paying attention, your profile needs to explain who you help, what you do, and why you are credible.

Don't wait for demand. Create conversations with people who needs your service and help. This doesn't mean you should cold pitch everyone you see on LinkedIn.

Stop posting random thoughts. Make your expertise obvious.

People shouldn't have to guess what they can buy from you. Ask a friend: is it easy to buy from me? If they can't reply instantly, you should improve it.

This is not complicated.

But it does require consistency and getting clear on what you want to build.

That’s how you build momentum.

You move until the market starts moving with you.
