This is the story about how one decision changed everything for Jesse Itzler.

This is in his own words:

In the 90s, I was a nobody with a private jet company and zero clients.

But I knew one thing: I just needed ONE sale to change everything.

Here's how I got creative...

I heard about TED... a conference in Monterey packed with Silicon Valley's elite.

Perfect place to find clients.

One problem:

I wasn't invited.

No badge.

No way in.

But I noticed something interesting...

Every few hours, waves of attendees would hit the local coffee shop.

Badges around their necks. Ordering lattes and muffins.

So at 5AM the next morning, I made my move:

I bought every single muffin in the shop.

First guy walks in. Orders his usual:

latte and muffin 🧁

Barista: "Sorry, we're out of muffins."

As he turns to leave, I stop him:

"Hey, I've got an extra muffin if you'd like one..."

His badge read "Josh Koppelman"... the guy who'd just sold Half dot com to eBay for a fortune.

We get talking. Turns out he's looking for a private jet card.

He became my first client.

Marquis Jet is now one of the largest private jet card companies in the world.

Sometimes you're just ONE move away from changing your life.

Not one business plan.
Not one investor.

ONE creative idea.
ONE right conversation.
ONE bold move.

The universe doesn't reward perfect plans. It rewards action.
