🚀 How to use call-to-actions to drive inbound sales

Copy my most effective call-to-actions!

I’m so here for this.

Publishing content on LinkedIn and expecting it to miraculously generate inbound sales is a waste of time.

It’s like expecting people to read your mind without you saying anything.

At some point:

You need to ask people to buy.

The first times you ask people to buy, sign up to your newsletter or download your guide IS uncomfortable for most people.

Using call-to-actions (CTAs) in your content is a must to achieve the outcome you want with building your personal brand on LinkedIn.

In this edition I’ll share some of my most effective CTAs.

I experiment with new CTAs all the time.

When I find the ones that work well, I document them and use them again.

✅ Here are some of my most effective CTAs

In my newsletter - Example 1

At the bottom of my LinkedIn post - Example 2

(I edit the post after a few hours and add the link to avoid decline in reach)

At the bottom of my LinkedIn post - Example 3

At the bottom of my LinkedIn post - Example 4

At the bottom of my LinkedIn post - Example 5

At the bottom of my LinkedIn post - Example 6

In the comment section of my posts - Example 7

In my digital guides - Example 8

In my email signature - Example 9

In my carousels - Example 10

…plus this one:

All of these CTAs work great for me to achieve my ultimate goal with my content, which is:

  • build trust by sharing value added tips, motivation and insights

  • increase my following to reach more more people (crack the core/bubble that LinkedIn likes to put us in)

  • warm people up (content on social will shorten your sales cycles)

  • drive inbound leads to my business

  • qualify people who reach out (they already know me from my content so I rarely do discovery calls anymore)

  • get people to sign up to my newsletter

  • get people to download my digital guides

Feel free to copy them and try them in your content.

Just make sure to reverse engineer them to fit your content and purpose.

And REMEMBER:

You have to ask people to buy if you want to monetize your audience.

Hope you found this helpful.
