If your reach on LinkedIn is down👉 follow these steps

In partnership with

Hi Everyone 👋

I just got back from France and Spain.

Had wayyy to many 🥐 and enjoyed the 🕶️☀️

Let’s dive in!

If your reach on LinkedIn is down 👉 follow these steps

🤝 Collaborate with Others

Find other people who are building an audience on LinkedIn and help each other:

  • like and comment on each others content

  • start conversation threads in the comment sections

💡 Did you know getting a comment from a creator with 100,000 followers results in 20x more impact than from someone with 1,000 followers (!)

Collaborate with big creators and grow faster.

📌 Be Clear

Skip the professor "I'm so smart" posts.

No one cares 🥱

People want to follow real people.

Practice how to write clear simple english.

💡 Did you know You can expect 10-30 % fewer impressions for posts published in other languages than English 💯

📈 Consistency is Key

Post regularly, even if it's just 2-3 times a week.

Your audience needs to see you often enough to remember you.

Find that sweet spot to be consistent.

✅ Value-First Content

Always offer value in your posts - whether it’s a lesson, a tip, an insight, or a resource.

Focus on solving problems or answering questions your target audience has.

This makes you more shareable and helps build trust.

Position yourself as an authority in your niche.

Share your knowledge, insights, and experiences.

Consistently showing up as a resource will increase your credibility and attract people who resonate with your message.

Can anyone guess where this is?

♻️ Reposts

You should always aim to have a few "resharable-friendly" visuals.

Why?

Reposts are still one of the strongest growth catalysts.

Make the visuals so good that people want to repost it to their network.

A great example:

👂 Know Your Audience

Understand who you're talking to.

Tailor your posts to resonate with their;

  • pain points

  • interests

  • aspirations

Speak their language and show them you "get it."

💥 Craft Attention-Grabbing Headlines

The first sentence of your post should grab attention.

It‘s called: the hook.

The hook is 80% of the post.

Why?

Because it determines if people decide to read your post or scroll past it.

(btw: did you know the average scroll is 100 meters on LinkedIn?)

Use curiosity.

Bold statements to make people want to read more.

Stay Informed, Without the Noise.

Your inbox is full of news. But how much of it is actually useful? The Daily Upside delivers sharp, insightful market analysis—without the fluff. Free, fast, and trusted by 1M+ investors. Stay ahead of the market in just a few minutes a day.

🗣️ Engage with Your Network

The reason why so many people fail with LinkedIn is because they are only there to get something.

Not to give back.

People can sense it from a mile away.

Engagement isn’t a one-way street.

Comment on others’ posts, join discussions, and interact with people in a genuine, value-adding way.

The more you engage, the more visibility your profile gets.
❌ The less you engage, the more your posts will get ignored.

🍭 Use Storytelling

People love stories - personal or professional.

Sharing real experiences, challenges, wins and struggles makes you relatable and encourages your audience to engage.

Grab my guide to learn how:

✌️ Call to Action (CTA)

End your posts with a CTA.

Ask a question or encourage comments, shares, or even direct messages.

This increases engagement and builds conversation around your post.

❌ Skip the Hashtags

Why?

LinkedIn removed them over a year ago.

🏎️💨 Use Visuals

Want to grow faster?

Publish "resharable-friendly" visuals every week.

Reposts are still one of the strongest growth catalysts ♻️

This is how I get inbound business on repeat.

People engage more with posts that include images, videos, or infographics.

LinkedIn is a professional network, but it doesn’t mean the content needs to be dry.

On the contrary actually.

Make it visually appealing.

Like this:

Or this:

🔍 Analyze and Adjust

Pay attention to which types of posts perform well and which don’t.

Track engagement metrics and tweak your strategy accordingly.

Don’t be afraid to experiment!

This pretty much sums up my whole journey of building my business: EXPERIMENTATION never stops.

Test what works.

Throw out what doesn’t

On repeat 🔂

👯‍♀️ Build Relationships

Beyond the content, focus on building relationships.

The people you engage with will remember you when you post, increasing your chances of a higher engagement rate.
