One comment. 18,000 views. Here is why!
Yesterday I was tagged in a post on LinkedIn.
The post said:
One comment got me 18,000 impressions. My posts barely hit 500.
Read that again.
Not a carousel.
Not a video.
Not a polished essay.
Just one good comment in front of the right audience.
PS. Thank you Hanna Larsson for the sticky note 😎

He has 709 followers and got 18,647 impressions by showing up at the right place with a valuable comment.
Comments are one the fastest ways to grow on LinkedIn.
No matter the size of your audience and network, LinkedIn rewards people who are active on the platform.
Most people ignore it.
Most people still think that audience growth is only about posting content.
This is one of the tips I share in my guide ✅ 5 super simple ways to start building your personal brand on LinkedIn - how you can turn your best performing comments into POSTS, NEWSLETTER EDITIONS and traffic drivers.
So, why is LinkedIn putting so much effort to reward us for comments?
It's very simple:
Because they reward the behaviour they want to see more of on the platform.

The challenge
check if any of your comments on other people's posts got likes and views.
If yes, use it and make a post out of it.
I do this all the time.
Your comments = mini MVP content pieces.
It's proof of what people find interesting.

Comment with value.
I get clients from putting comments on other people’s posts.
When you comment, make sure you have these 3 things in place:
An attention grabbing tagline (the text beneath your profile name)
A profile picture that represents you well.
Clarity on your profile; who you are, what you do and who you help.
Because when you get people to like and comment on the comment you made….some of them will check out your profile.
✅ You can get them as a follower.
✅ You can get a client this way.
I've gained so many clients by commenting on other people’s posts!
Don’t underestimate comments!
Until next time,
Hanna
