👆One Thing All Successful People Have In Common

Can you guess what it is?

Successful people have a sense of urgency.

I can’t explain the level of excitement I feel when I meet people like this.

This will probably piss some people off:

Most people are slow.

This is a fact.

So, what can you do?

When people do 60-minute meetings, cut it to 15-30 minutes.

When people take 4 days to respond, respond within an hour.

When you get an inbound lead, respond as fast as you possibly can.

Time kills business.

When others plan, plan, plan about what they are going to do - successful people have already executed on it and are on to the next task.

A sense of urgency is the most valuable trait of an employee.

It’s the most valuable trait of an entrepreneur.

When hiring, this is what I look for.

In my experience a sense of urgency is hard to teach.

So when you meet these rare diamonds, take extra good care of them.

And to be fair…

Slow is what a lot of businesses are today.

I hear this so often:

"We want more customers.”

The same businesses:

- takes forever to reply to inbound emails

- say things like: “we have always done it this way”

- ignore replying to people in their own comment section on social media

- doesn’t prioritise posting content on social media and get free 👀 because they "don’t have time”

And we ask ourselves why most businesses fail 🙃
