🔥 Read this if your LinkedIn posts aren’t converting to business

If your posts aren’t converting to business, it’s probably due to one of these 4 reasons:

Your posts are too weak or unclear
Your profile is all over the place and people cannot tell what you actually do
Your posts are all me, me, me, me, me
Your posts are fine but you never show up in the comments

Most people try to fix this by posting more.

❌ That won’t solve the main issue.

✅ The only thing that will fix it:

Improve your positioning, content, profile and presence on the platform.

(very often it’s good to get help from someone with an outside perspective experience)

You don’t own an audience.

You own digital assets and services.

And that difference is why some people build business models, while most people build jobs disguised as companies.

Here’s the cold reality:

People spend 5+ hours a day on their phones.
Attention is the new currency.

But attention without ownership is just rented traffic and an ego boost.

Social platforms can disappear.
Algorithms change any day.
Follower counts can drop overnight.

A newsletter, a guide, a product you control?
That stays with you.

And it compounds.
And it makes money while you sleep.

Passive income starts with clarity, then demand, then distribution - in that order.

If you want a business that lasts, you need to understand the mechanics behind content that people want to consume and build assets people are willing to pay for.

1. Create something valuable before you sell it.

Solve a problem your audience already cares about.

Post about it daily.

Ask yourself: what's the one thing people ask me about all the time?

That's usually the thing you should create your first product about.

It may not be what you want to build, but it is the thing that will make you money.

This is the mistake a lot of people make, they want to decide what the crowd wants - when they should be looking at and listening to what people actually need.

2. Build trust.

A newsletter.
A guide.
A small course.
People convert where they already listen.

I launched my LinkedIn newsletter in September 2022.
I launched my first digital guide in October 2023.
And this newsletter in 2024.

All of these things are still up and running. I’ve posted every week since then.

Content is everywhere, trust is NOT.

Build something meaningful that people want and continue to show up for them and help them solve their problem.
