1. Quit hanging out with people who don’t want you to win. Surround yourself with people who inspire you to aim higher.
   

2. Stop looking for shortcuts. There aren’t any. Build a solid plan and work everyday towards it. Small daily actions compound. Rely on discipline.
   

3. Ideas are worthless. Action is what it takes to get anywhere.
   

4. Revenue growth is a team sport. Break up the silos, enable and foster collaboration. It’s a team effort to build an ecosystem focus.
   

5. Work with people who have a built-in urgency.
   

6. Build lean: Ask yourself, do you really need a full-time sales rep? Maybe two days per week is enough?
   

7. Be obsessed with learning and adapting.
   

8. Documentation is the backbone in a startup. Don’t neglect it.
   

9. Speed is everything. Review the sales process; can you make it easier/remove unnecessary steps or time?
   
   It should be ridiculously easy to buy from you.
   
   Unfortunately it’s not easy to buy from a lot of startup today.
   

10. Put a human voice behind your brand. While the rest of the world is confused of how to use AI, you use it for IDEAS.
    
    Content needs to be personal and authentic.
    
    Experiment loads with new formats.
    

11. Everything is figure-outable. Mindset is everything.
    

12. Give, give, give, give, give. This will come back to you 10x.
    

13. Get all of your C-levels to start sharing their personal brand. Audience is the new oil.
    

14. Building a business is hard. It’s not linear AT ALL.
    
    It’s full of failures, experiments, learnings, wins, and handling the no’s. Things will break and people will disappoint you.
    
    It goes up and down.
    
    So learn from your mistakes and then move on with the next thing. Never dwell. There is no point.
    
    Zoom out and see how far you’ve come.
    
    Celebrate small wins and be proud of your achievements.
    
    And most of all: ENJOY THE JOURNEY 😄

15. Create a goal that is so big that it scares the hell out of you AND people think you are crazy.
    
    That’s how high you should aim for your business.
