STOP building things no one wants

Read this is you want to win

Most founders and creators make the same mistake.

They sit alone and try to decide what “the market” wants.

Then they spend months building something nobody asked for.

This. is. SO. common.

Validation is not your opinion.
Validation is someone paying you.

If nobody is willing to pay yet, you don’t have a validated idea.
You have a theory.

The lowest-risk way to build anything is simple:

  1. Start posting on social media

  2. Listen to the problems people repeat

  3. Offer a simple paid solution

  4. Build the full version after demand is proven

That is how I have launched every digital guide, service, and newsletter product I’ve created.

Not by guessing.
By responding to demand.

People often think successful launches start with big ideas.
They don’t.

They start with small signals:

  • questions in your inbox

  • comments on your social media post

  • recurring client problems you’ve seen a million times in your 9-to-5 job

  • people asking, “Can you help me with this?”

👉 That is the market telling you what to build.

That may not align with what you want to build but that is the smartest way to start earning money on the side and eventually set up your own business.

And when you see a pattern of people asking for a specific thing they need help with, look around you.

Who else is offering this?
How are they selling it?
What does the business model look like?
How long have they been on the market?
What does their social media content look like?

Learn from them.

You will save so much time this way.

Unfortunately so many people do this mistake and wants to “do it their way” and end up going nowhere and need to go back to a 9-to-5 because they’re not making any money.

When all they should have done in the first place is to listen to the market and learn 👂

Build from demand and risk drops dramatically.
Build from assumptions and you are gambling, and most likely you will fail and lose a lot of time and energy.

For many people, this means killing services and products that nobody is buying.

The market is and will always be the BOSS remember?

Before you create your next offer, ask yourself one question:

Has anyone already approached you about this?

Hope you found this helpful.
