Can you guess what it is?
Successful people have a sense of urgency.
I canโt explain the level of excitement I feel when I meet people like this.
This will probably piss some people off:
Most people are slow.
This is a fact.
So, when people do 60 minute meetings, cut it to 15-30 minutes.
When others take 4 days to respond, respond within an hour.
When others plan, plan, plan about what they are going to do - successful people have already executed on it and are on to the next task.
A sense of urgency is the most valuable trait of an employee.
Itโs the most valuable trait of an entrepreneur.
When hiring, this is what I look for.
In my experience a sense of urgency is hard to teach.
So when you meet these kind of rare diamonds, treat them like kings and queens.

2023 is the year I worked full-time on building my own business.
I have experimented loads this year.
I have built multiple income streams.
I have had companies sponsoring my content.
I have made a ton of mistakes.
I have pushed myself out of my comfort zone.
I have worked with business owners all around the world helping them with their go to market strategy.
I have worked with customers in: Sweden, Norway, France, Denmark, Canada, Portugal, Germany, USA, Philippines, UK, Spain, Mallorca, Belgium, South Africa, UAE, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Lebanon, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
I started Huntrs.
I have coached and trained so many people on personal branding, how to build a business, how to create content and multiple income streams.
I have outsourced work to freelancers.
I built two newsletters to 52,000 subscribers.
I have said goodbye to bad clients.
I have built a 100% inbound business myself through content on social.
I have said no to a lot.
I have traveled a lot.
I have built an audience from 30,000 to 99,929 (nearly at 100K)
2023 for me has been a year of consistency and growth.
Starting my own company is the best decision Iโve ever taken.
And Iโm just getting started.
