🤓 These are the tools I'm using to build my business

Building online requires zero upfront investment.

In partnership with

One of the things I LOVE the most about building an online business is that it requires zero upfront investment.

People will try to tell you that you need loads of tech and budget to get started.

You don’t.

A lot of people “play company” by signing up to a bunch of tools they don’t really need instead of just doubling down on what is needed, which is: spending time with clients, selling and shipping.

These are the tools we use in my business:

🎨 Canva for design
💰 Stripe for payments
💡 ChatGPT for ideation
🤖 HeyGen for video tutorials
🧑🏻‍💻 Deel for paying contractors
💬 Whatsapp for communication
🐝 Beehiiv for newsletter platform
💻 Google drive to manage projects
🗂️ Typeform for gathering client data
🦖 Gumroad for selling digital products
🌏 Fiverr Pro for some micro outsourcing
🛜 Nord VPN to keep internet and data safe
🎯 Notion for documentation and onboarding
💙 LinkedIn for audience growth and newsletter
🪰 Fireflies to transcribe and summarize client calls

(some of the links above will give you a discount when signing up)

That's pretty much it.

You don't need much.

And most of these tools you can start using as a free user.

What you really need

Every time someone says you should sign up to a new tool, you should ask yourself:

  • Do I really need it?

  • Will it make me more productive and save me time?

  • How much is the cost per year?

  • How will I see a return on that investment?

Truth is, you get really far with just:

  • a laptop

  • access to the internet

  • a relentless drive and conviction

  • a really good problem to solve for people

It’s the same as decorating a house: choose each furniture piece with care.

Let it grow organically as your business grows.
