What this looks like in practice

1. Build assets, not tasks.
   
   Turn your best insight into a lead magnet, a guide, or a template.
   
   One asset per month. Assets work while you sleep.
   
   This month I hit a sales record for my downloadable guides. Thank you to everyone who has downloaded my guides this month 🙏 I appreciate you and will continue launching new guides to help you build your online business!
   
   
   

2. Treat your time like cash.
   
   Block two hours a day for deep work.
   
   Put it in your calendar. No meetings. Protect it.
   
   If you stick to this approach it will compound like crazy for you.
   
   
   

3. Keep your cost base light.
   
   Start with simple tools.
   
   Here’s my tech stack.
   
   Reuse winning formats. Over and over again.
   
   Spend on distribution and proof, not on vanity.
   
   
   

4. Create public proof.
   
   Post three times a week on LinkedIn.
   
   One tiny lesson.
   One case result.
   One story from the work.
   
   Start dropping a call-to-acton in the comments of your posts. ASK them to buy your services. If you’ve built trust, they will.
   
   End with one clear next step.
   
   You can scale up as you go.
   
   
   

5. Own your reach.
   
   Start or grow your Beehiiv list.

7. Track only what matters.
   
   Leads per week.
   Calls booked.
   Cash collected.
   
   Everything else is noise.
   
   I check my bank account every day.
   
   We don’t start any new projects or assignments before we’ve been paid.
   
   Cash is king.
