Don't overcomplicate it.
Pick one clear topic.
Write one useful edition every week.
Make it practical and packed with value.
Make a new banner for every edition (you will grow faster this way) because having a new banner for every edition works as a Youtube thumbnail.
I recommend to start with interviewing interesting people in it.
This is one of the fastest way to grow the newsletter and build a great network.
Almost everyone says yes. People love being interviewed.
It’s also free exposure for them.
