π 4 Simple Ways To Be 10x Better Than Everyone Else

Itβs SO simple yet many have forgotten how to.
This is how you easily can become 10x better than most people out there.

1 - Be easy to work with.
It's such an underrated skill.
People who ARE, get more:
clients
results
inbound
referrals
business
followers
promotions
opportunities
reviews and testimonials
You also build MOMENTUM much faster.
Being easy to work with is a massively underrated CAREER and BUSINESS skill.
I'll move mountains for these kind of people.
2 - Be fast.
Why?
I hate to say it but a lot of people are slow.
And they donβt even know it.
Successful people β have a sense of urgency.
Here's how:
1 - when you get an inbound lead to your business, reply within an hour, preferably within the first 10 minutes.
Time kills business.
This is how the world works.
Respond fast.
2 - instead of doing 60 minute meetings, cut it to 15-20 minutes
3 - when others take 4 days to "think about it" and plan for decades π₯±, you've already tested it, learnt by trial and error, improved and are on to start the next thing
4 - respond immediately, and confirm to your boss, client, friend, partner, and say you will come back to them asap

This is what I look for when I hire.
If someone takes 5 days to respond to an email, they are not the right person for us - and they will not enjoy working with me or Huntrs and our clients.
We move fast.
We iterate fast.
Speed is critical in business.
I am allergic to SLOW.
Always have been, always will be.
In my experience a sense of urgency is hard to teach.

3 - Come prepared.
Donβt wing it.
Compare prepared to a meeting, a consultation, a 1:1 catch-up, a presentation or an interview.
In other words: when something you value is at stake:
Come prepared.
When you come prepared you influence the outcome of the meeting.
This may seem like a given, but so many are not.
4 - We become like the people we surround ourselves with.
Itβs a FACT.
If you surround yourself with people who:
complain
take shortcuts
point fingers
quit after 2 seconds
have no ambition or stamina
....itβs very likely that you will set a low bar for your life.
All my life this has been KEY for me.
β Let's surround ourselves with people who inspire us to think bigger, aim higher and relentlessly go after it.
People who lean IN and go after what they want in life.
